PRIVACY POLICY OF THE WEBSITE
This Privacy Policy fulfills the obligations arising from Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”.
- For the Owner of this website, the protection of Users’ personal data is of the utmost importance. Every effort is made to ensure that Users feel safe when entrusting their personal data while using the website.
- Users’ personal data is processed only to the extent necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the website and services. Personal data is processed solely with the User’s consent, except in cases where obtaining prior consent is not possible for factual reasons and where the processing of data is permitted by law.

I. DATA CONTROLLER
The controller of personal data is Dairy Biotechnologies Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Puławy, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court Lublin-East in Lublin with its seat in Świdnik, VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number KRS: 0000993958, NIP: 7162837602 (hereinafter referred to as the “Owner”).
II. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
- The Administrator processes Users’ personal data to:
- Respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form or sent directly via email.
- Present commercial offers.
- Process sample orders
- Conduct business communication.
- Pursue possible legal claims.
- Users may also consent to receive information about new products and promotions. In such a case, the Administrator will process personal data to send commercial information regarding, among others, new products or services, promotions, or sales.
- Personal data may also be processed in order to fulfill legal obligations imposed on the Administrator and to perform tasks carried out in the public interest, including tasks related to security and defense or the storage of tax documentation.
- Personal data may also be processed for the purposes of direct marketing of products, securing and pursuing claims or defending against claims made by the User or a third party, as well as marketing of third-party products and services or the Administrator’s own marketing activities that are not direct marketing.
III. TYPES OF DATA COLLECTED

- the User’s operating system;
- the User’s internet service provider;
- the User’s IP address;
- the date and time of access to the website;
- websites from which the User’s system accesses the website: www.milcu.eu;
- websites accessed by the User’s system via the website www.milcu.eu;
- log files containing IP addresses or other data that may allow them to be assigned to a User (if provided on another website from which the User accessed the website: www.milcu.eu). These data are stored in system log files and are not stored together with other personal data of the User.
IV. LEGAL BASIS FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
- Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
- The Administrator processes personal data only after obtaining the User’s consent.
- Consent to the processing of personal data is entirely voluntary.
V. USER RIGHTS
- The User may at any time request information from the Administrator about the scope of processing of their personal data.
- The User may request the correction or rectification of their personal data at any time.
- The User may withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time without providing a reason. The request may concern a specific purpose of processing (e.g., withdrawal of consent to receive commercial information) or all processing purposes. Withdrawal of consent regarding all purposes will result in the deletion of the User’s account from the website along with all personal data previously processed by the Administrator. Withdrawal of consent does not affect actions already taken.
- The User may request the deletion of their personal data at any time without providing a reason. Such a request will not affect actions already performed. Deletion of data also results in the deletion of the User’s account together with all personal data processed so far.
- The User may object to the processing of personal data at any time, either with regard to all personal data processed by the Administrator or only within a limited scope (for example, processing for a specific purpose). The objection does not affect actions already taken. Submitting an objection will result in deletion of the User’s account and all personal data processed so far.
- The User may request the restriction of personal data processing for a specified period of time or without a time limit but within a defined scope. The Administrator is obliged to comply with such a request.
- The User may request that the Administrator transfer their personal data to another entity. In this case, the User should send a request to the Administrator indicating the entity (name and address) to which the data should be transferred and specifying which personal data should be transferred. After confirmation from the User, the Administrator will transfer the personal data electronically to the indicated entity. Confirmation is required for security reasons and to ensure that the request originates from the authorized person.
- The Administrator will inform the User about actions taken within one month from receiving any of the requests mentioned above.
VI. TRANSFER OF DATA PROCESSING TO OTHER ENTITIES
- The Administrator may entrust the processing of personal data to entities cooperating with the Administrator to the extent necessary to complete transactions, such as preparing ordered goods, delivering shipments, or sending commercial information from the Administrator (this applies only to Users who have consented to receive such information).
- Apart from the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy, Users’ personal data will not be disclosed to third parties or transferred to other entities for the purpose of sending marketing materials of those third parties.
- Personal data of website Users is not transferred outside the European Union.
- This Privacy Policy complies with the provisions of Article 1(1) and (2) of the GDPR.
